If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you (except for the shipping costs).
The refund will be made within fourteen working days of receipt of your cancellation and will be processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
If your order has already been dispatched to you, the refund will be made within 14 working days of the return arriving at our warehouse.
