To receive your results, you need to link your test to your LYKON account.
To do this, create a LYKON account and activate it using your email address.
After you have logged in, click on "Link test".
Enter your 16-digit online ID, which you will find on a card in your test kit.
After answering questions about your test date, weight, gender and birthday, you can link your test.
Once your test results are provided by our lab, you will be notified by email.
Your results will be in your LYKON account and you can download and print them if you need to.
The reason for the link is that the sample is only labelled with a QR code representing the test ID when it is sent.
This is done according to European data protection law, so your personal and health data are not linked and remain anonymous.
