Why do I receive the error code TL-409 when linking my test?

If you receive the error message TL-409 when linking your test, this may indicate that your online ID has already been linked.
Please note that each Online ID can only be linked once, because only you should have access to your test results.
So you can't and don't need to link your online ID again, you can simply log in again with the same email address to access your test.
